Sorry that I've been M.I.A. My Mother's Day ended quite abruptly with taking my husband to the Emergency Room. He wasn't feeling well and was saying his stomach and chest hurt. Then he started vomiting. To put it nicely, he made it to the bathroom the first few times, but after that, not so much. Off to the ER, we went. They did various scans. Mind you, he's had this problem before, and they said it was G.E.R.D., but this doctor said no. When they did a CT scan with contrast, they found a gallstone stuck in the gallbladder exit. They admitted him and removed his gallbladder on Monday morning. He stayed in the hospital until Tuesday afternoon. Thank goodness he is feeling better, and earlier today, he got the all-clear to go back to work.
Aside from the gallbladder disaster, we had to get ready for our son's wedding this past Sunday. We've all been so busy preparing, and me working, I haven't had any time to blog. I'll say the wedding turned out well, and everyone had a blast. More to come on that later. Stay tuned. That's all for now.
